Choose between our Day or Evening Slots

Your delivery day varies according to the shipping address indicated on your account.
We have four main delivery areas: West,South,East and North.
You should choose your delivery day according with your postcode.
If you are not sure which day you should choose,drop us a quick email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will be able to help you out.
Our Local CyclingVeggers only visit their delivery area once a week. In this way our CyclingVeggers can optimize time and make more deliveries in their local Community. This allow them to spend less time on the bicycle and to keep our deliveries FREE of Charge.
Our Cyclingveggers try to deliver at similar times each week. For the moment we are not able to ensure they will come at the same time every week but we can promise we will do our best to do so.
Unable to receive the delivery
If you have selected our day slot and you won't be able to be in when we deliver,don't worry, we will leave your organic crate in your chosen spot to keep it safe from humans and animals.
This spot can be a shed, porch,garden, garage. recycling boxes or hedges. If you want to spicify a particular spot,write a comment in the special instruction box when placing the order or drop us a quick email (email@example.com) and we will be able to help you out.
Recipts and missing crates
We never print recipts as we want to keep our carbon footprint next to zero. You can always download your e-recipt on your account.
If you can't find your order means that we are either running late or that someone has stolen your crate. Give us a call ( 07776470473) or drop us a quick email (firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to find out what happened to your crate.
Wrong crate delivered
If you have received the wrong crate or if the substitutions you required haven't been correctly delivered please let us know as soon as possible. We can either arrange a same day delivery with the correct crate or we can offer you a discount on the following crate.
